Positive: + beautiful, big house + location near the beach (a 9 min walk) + equipment (BBQ, hifi audio, …) and supplies (coffee, water, soda drinks)

Negative: Nothing really, but a few improvement ideas: - reading light in the bedrooms - kitchen equipment (cutlery, plates, glasses) was just sufficient for the 5 of us, not sufficient for the house’s full capacity

Negative: The main issue is not having a bathroom accessible without going into a bedroom and disturbing a sleeping cast The couch was beautiful but was not functioning properly

Positive: nice outdoor area and pool. good layout for bedrooms. nice to have keurig/nespresso and some leftover beverages from prior guests. house was clean and good temperature. owners let us arrive prior to 4pm and could use outdoor facilities while cleaning crew was inside.

Negative: didn’t know we couldn’t use the footbridge to the beach until the morning of arrival. Listing implies beach is walking distance and with the bridge there it’s sort of assumed that is “the way”. walking the “other way” is a hike and with beach gear pretty much of a stretch to say it’s walking distance. oven starting smoking as soon as we preheated it so it was never actually usable. plan to buy everything you might use at the grocery store (sugar/condiments/paper plates/etc). garage remote didn’t operate the garage door. gate at driveway didn’t always function correctly (exiting). wifi was a bit glitchy (as you would drop it unexpectedly). no charcoal for the grill. no garbage disposal. outdoor security cameras around pool area and patio feel a bit invasive (owners do disclose outdoor security cams in description) overall great place. just some ideas for the owners to consider to really make its users experience near perfect.

Summary: dreamy outdoor area and pool, lacking a few basics inside, can’t use adjacent foot bridge to access beach directly.

Positive: Very comfortable redone home in great location in quiet part of Ft Lauderdale beach. 4 comfortable bedrooms and 3 full bath rooms. (We only found 3 bathrooms, not sure why they say its 4) Very nice kitchen with every kind of coffee maker and even fully stocked with keurig capsules. Beautiful outside pool and lounging areas. Nice dining room table for full family dinners and comfy LR couch and chairs.

Summary: Great stay! So glad we stayed here for 4 nights instead of a hotel. Highly recommended.
