Summary: This house was exactly what we were looking for! It was nicely decorated and spacious - with 12 adults we never felt crowded. Though there were plenty of amenities (you don't even have to leave the property) it was just a short walk into town or to the beach.

Summary: We did have a good time after a rough start- 1. 5 day old Chinese food with flys and smell greeted us at front door. If cleaning people had been there, why would they discard that? 2. Pool dirty (was remedied fast) 3. A/C must have been off - musty smell upon arrival (it did go away) 4. My wife had to wash all towels and bedding for many hours the first day. There was prior renters hair in the towels 5. All pool cues had no tips so we could not play pool / billiards 6. Ping pong table had no legs on it so kids could not play ping pong 7. Hair in the shower on the wall from prior renter, 8. Finger prints on all doors and windows. General cleanliness was a concern. Seems like the cleaning people aren’t doing a great job. All else was ok. However, when spending $4k for 3.5 days, we would not expect some of these issues.
