Summary: Clean, comfortable, centre of town , delicious breakfast, reception staff very good, everything you need from a hotel & it also has an excellent Japanese restaurant in it - Nuga Sushi

Summary: A nice and quiet hotel with the essential services. Like most other hotels in town The Vault is near the center. Staff is courteous and helpful. The hotel has a No-Shoes policy.

Summary: I’d expected to spend two days, but the SAS strike kept me in Longyearbyen for a week. The Vault employees were sympathetic and worked hard to accommodate my needs and suggest ways to better enjoy my Svalbard experience. And I did! Excellent hotel with helpful, friendly people.
