Summary: I was visiting for my birthday buddy's ninth birthday (her mom had moved to Svalbard last year), and didn't want to crowd their apartment. This property was an easily walked distance from them, the COOP, and almost all of the city center destinations. Check in was rapid, technology was very modern, and daily breakfast filling. If I have to mention a con, my best cup of coffee after landing in Oslo was instant Nescafe, however, I do hail from Seattle. 10/10, would stay here again.
