Positive: Very nice territory, amenities, service, WhatsApp support, variety of food, spa, evening shows, entertainment, vitamin bar with fresh juice, pilates and yoga, seaside view, close to Belek (taxi 7 eur there).

Negative: The beach and sunbeds are a bit dirty, with many stones when entering the sea. Super loud music at night until 12-2 am (so if your room is facing the sea, you might hear everything clearly). Sometimes it took time to receive drinks in the dining area.

Summary: I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel!

Positive: Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, various options at main restaurant and sandy beach.

Negative: Not many activities and no music by the main pool. If you want to hear some music you must to spend the day by the Olympic pool. The entertainment in the evening wasn’t very attractive especially when they was talking more in Russian than English

Summary: For a relaxing holiday I will recommend but if you want a proper party’s and activities, not really.

Negative: The indoor and outdoor pools did not have easy access step. You needed to climb down a vertical ladder. My wife couldn’t climb the ladder. She was not able to get in the pools

Positive: Susesi is truly an excellent luxury resort offering a fantastic experience for families. The amenities are top-notch, and the idea of rooms connected directly to the pools is both unique and convenient. The variety of food available is outstanding, and the water slides are a big hit with kids and families alike.

Negative: However, we faced a serious issue during our summer stay in the Pool Connected Deluxe Suite with four beds. One portion of the room specifically the area closer to the pool does not have proper air conditioning ducts. Despite multiple visits from the hotel’s technical team, the room temperature never dropped below 27°C, making it uncomfortable, especially for children at night. While the resort overall is impressive and enjoyable, this air conditioning issue needs urgent attention. After paying a premium for such a stay, if your kids can’t sleep properly due to high temperatures, it certainly dampens the experience. I would recommend the hotel address this promptly to uphold its otherwise excellent standards.

Positive: One of the best hotels in Turkey. The welcome by the guest relations team was great. In particular Semina, who was always friendly, very funny, understanding, and knowledgeable about the hotel, nothing seemed to phase her. In fact she is best that I have experienced in Turkey and a credit to the team and hotel. The pool, beach area, and chalets were great to spend time at. Very nice staff at the restaurants, and A la cartes. The bar staff are always friendly, and made good drinks. The music concerts were very entertaining. I definitely recommend this hotel and will return. I felt relaxed afterwards, which what I needed. Thank you Susesi

Negative: A few restaurant and coffee shop staff didn't speak or understand English very well. There is much to see but it is not advertised very well.
