Positive: Clean, stunning grounds comfortable and quiet rooms. Great location, multiple pools and fun water slides. Great evening entertainment for the kids. Alcohol isn’t great but you can pay for premium spirits.

Negative: Not easy to book the restaurants, no one told us about the activities. The beach stones are very sharp so we didn’t go in the sea much apart from for watersports.

Positive: Perfect food options and very pleasant staff members.

Negative: There was an unpleasant case when one of the bell boys who helped us to take our baggages was hiddenly asking and letting to know that he is expecting for the tips. This was not so good since we were very tired with kids, having no idea on the currency rate, and so on. I understand that it could be a tip culture but still, it is better to give some time to have a rest.

Negative: Commute from hotel to airport a bit complicated price wise. You have one taxi option which are a bit expensinve compate to taxis from city center taxis

Positive: The hotel is very "compact", so even though our rooms were on the end (beginning) of the complex, it took 2-3 minutes to get to the main pool, restaurants, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful, though some of the waiters in the restaurant area were below expectations. The entertainment team was also good. THE POOLS: as our group had six kids, we were looking for a hotel that had shallower pools where all the kids could also stand and play. Unfortunately, the only pool that was suitable for this was a small one in MyMo Kids Club, however, it was creepily empty there (1 or 2 kids only) so our kids didn't want to go there either. (see comment about negative things) FOOD: the hotel offered very good food in the restaurants during breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with lots of variety, different tastes, lots of meats, lots of vegetables, and good desserts. This was a positive thing. The snack bar, however, and other things which are quite important for vacation, were significantly worse. The snack bar offered some quick food like fries, burgers, and pizza, while in other restaurants of the same rating you would have an a la carte restaurant with different dishes such as spaghetti, fish, etc. (see comment about negative things) COFFEE: there is a coffee house which offered good coffee and nice desserts during the day. ENTERTAINMENT: as we stayed during the World Cup, the main matches were shown in the amphitheatre, and the shows were held in some other places in the hotel. They organised nice parties and nice events, though in many of these you would have to pay extra for the drinks offered there. KIDS CLUB: they offered some interesting things, so our youngest son spent some time with them. CLEANLINESS: the hotel is clean and well maintained.

Negative: The AquaPark was "maaah", very very basic. The splash park was, on the other hand, really great and interestining HOWEVER, it is strictly limited to kids up to 8 years old, even though some of the slides there were clearly more interesting for older kids. When we would send our kids there (8-12), the Lifeguard would warn them and send them out of the pool which was very disappointing, for kids and for us as well. In terms of food, the absolute biggest disappointment for our kids was the ice cream offer. You only had one ice cream station located in the central square, which offered only three flavours of ice cream out of the machine. The quality of this ice cream is truly terrible and the fact that kids could spend a day without having one tells you a lot. Additionally, on every single day, one or more flavours were unavailable due to machine problems. ROOM: we stayed in a family suite, but even though we only had one bathroom, there were a lot of mosquitoes each night. BEACH BAR, was serving only 16+ in the evening KIDS CLUB: even though there were many activities during the day, in the night it was completely empty. One of the problems for us was the fact that there were no closed rooms, like a cinema or play room, where kids could spend some time in the evening or during the day when the sun was at its peak.

Summary: Nice, compact hotel which could be significantly better with few additions

Positive: The best hotel we experienced in Belek. European oriented, clean, high quality pool and aquapark, it is always enough beds around the pool, even in crowded hours staff increases the amount of sunbeds. They pay attention to everything you need. Rooms super clean and fresh, cousine is various and delicious. They organize thematic evenings with live music. Big playground for children, also there is a separate aquapark for infants.
