Negative: Came in an extreme heatwave, so loft room very hot as has skylights, fan was provided though.

Summary: Loved the upstairs open combined lounge and kitchen, felt very at home and lovely few of mountains

Negative: There was no issues. You do get a 3am alarm from the roosters. It's a working farm, so to be expected.

Positive: Cosy, comfortable, lovely views and well-located. Mostly very clean, well-furnished with all necessary kitchen equipment. Was worried about the fact that the campground toilet/shower block was directly outside the bedroom window, but actually there was no disturbance.

Negative: Appeared clean but dusty behind beds, dirt in the folds of the sofa and shower didn't drain. Decor in the bedroom was dated and bedlinen was worn thin to the point of the pillowcase splitting. Bedroom dark and no WiFi but we knew this ahead of time and mobile signal was fine so not an issue.
