Summary: We booked this beach house on short notice because we made a quick decision to go to the beach for Spring Break. This was an awesome house for what we needed and hoped for. I cannot say you have a clear view of the water or beach, but you are very close to walk there. We had a brought a cart for chairs and umbrellas, so that helped. The house was so very clean, and in great shape Everything you need to cook, as well, cookware-wise. Plenty of dinnerware and flatware. The booking and instructions were so clear. The owner / manager was extremely responsive and friendly and helpful. The most important review: I would stay here again!

Summary: I rate the property a 10 for all aspects, except the view. I had no idea that ALL views of the beach and water are blocked by a building of several condos (or apartments?). This was very disappointing. However, everything else was great, especially the very short walk to the beach. I will book this host's properties again, as I have in the past, just not this location.

Summary: The home was very nice, full of everything we needed, and so roomy (even though there were only four of us). I was really pleased with the checkout "process" which was basically "lock the door." Communication with the host was always prompt. It got a very strong recommendation from my wife, which is pretty rare. We would strongly recommend this location and the Britt family to anyone seeking a nice spot at or near Surfside. It was a great vacation except that it had to come to an end.

Summary: Overall stay was great. The kids enjoyed their own space upstairs like if they were in a clubhouse. Kitchen was efficient for us to make meals and feed a bunch of kiddos. The host was quick to respond to our questions. Would stay again!

Summary: We were extremely happy with this last min choice. Now that we have stayed at the Surfside paradise property, their homes will be the only ones my family will stay at. Thanks for the wonderful experience, we made wonderful memories. My young kids even made a video tour of the property for their YouTube channel. Haha.

Summary: You couldn’t do any better than this property in Surfside. It’s close to everything. The house is clean and well appointed. Property manager was available to answer questions, but not pestering us. Everything was just as advertised! We had a wonderful time!
