Summary: Lori's house was perfect for our week at the beach with our extended family. The ocean views were perfect! The property is conveniently located with easy access to the convenience stores nearby and the walkover to the beach made trips down to the beach with young kids a breeze. When we had any questions the hosts were very responsive and easy to work with. Everyone in our group - ranging from under 2 to 50s - was comfortable and enjoyed all the property had to offer.

Summary: This was our fourth annual summer beach vacation in Surfside and second year staying at Making Memories. No doubt one of the best properties in Surfside! The location is fantastic, with a walkway directly from the deck out to the beach and a nice large (partially shaded) deck. Our group was two families with teenagers and kids - the house is not huge, but the high ceilings and layout make it feel nice and comfy, even for larger multi-generational groups. Great host, great communication - we can’t wait to come back next year!

Summary: Our family had a wonderful week! The beach house was so nice and the decor was beautiful! It was a week when my 87 year old mother could also see her grandkids and great grankids...so throughout the week we had 4 generations. Lori was so kind to also send us resources for our little girls who are disabled and need wheelchair access. Our 8 year old was able to use the Mobi wheelchair that the city hall at Surfside loans out to families giving her access to the beach and waves in the water! We'd never experienced anything like that! Great memories were made for sure!

Summary: The house was beautiful and fit our family of 16 ranging in age from 3 months to 81 years old. The view of the Gulf was absolutely amazing. Easy access off Blue Water Hwy. Close to everything we needed or wanted. Great relaxing vacation! My family is talking about making it an annual trip!

Summary: This house on the beach is perfect for a family vacation. Great kitchen, plenty of seating for dining and relaxing and comfortable bedding. We really enjoyed the huge outdoor patio and the covered play area downstairs. This house sits beach front with a private walkway to the beach. Wonderful! Our family(4 generations) agreed there is nothing we would change about this special place! We highly recommend!
