Summary: Everyone was super friendly, room was clean and had a very fancy feel, there was a laundry room you could use for free which was a huge plus for me and my family. The restaurant behind the hotel was absolutely delicious and there’s a cafe just several feet away. We had a great experience, and we would book again in the future.

Summary: Surfrider has great customer service from the front desk to the cleaning ladies I interacted with. Very accommodating and the location is a good central location for visitors planning to go to every part of the island.

Summary: The staff was extremely helpful. The friendliest staff I've ever seen in hotels in Saipan. However, there were glitches...the safe didn't work, and there were issues with the floor. The bathroom floor was very slippery and it took me a LONG time to adjust the temperatures of the showers. It was overall a very pleasant place to stay, because of the staff and the cleanliness.

Summary: Very nice staff, clean property. Rooms outside on the balcony had metal doors and manual key locks, a little outdated and not the best with safety in mind. Expedia advertises this property as having a hot tub and they do not. Room also did not have a safety deposit box. Toilet in room kept running which was annoying.

Summary: The staff are all great at Surfrider. Love staying here. The restaurant next to the beach is perfect for Saipan and Theo bakery has so much yummy home baked bread.

Summary: Staff at this hotel is a 10/10! Friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and comfy. But the bed was the best part! Literally makes you sleep right away! I will stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Saipan! And beach is right behind the hotel! No complaints!
