Summary: It was not available to do early check-in. The renovated room was very nice however food was not so great. In the buffet, there are not many selections and quality was so so. After i had a dinner at the resort, we didnt try other restaurants. Workers are nice and kind. In addition, after the renovation due to the storm, many website didn’t change the information of hotel. Gym and sauna are closed after renovation and removed all bath tubs in every room. I was disappointed about Gym and Sauna plus still construction is on going.

Summary: It is comfortable and every room got a view of the ocean, you can see the sunset everyday, that's a plus. The room is clean and spacious, we have two people and somehow there are two beds in our room, one king and one twin, but there is still lots of space. They only have two pools and a beach now, as the others (tennis court, waterslides or water park) were destroyed by the storm last fall. There is a supermarket next to the hotel, some restaurants across the street. They have a bus that would take you downtown (Duty Free store and nicer restaurants) every hour, which is very nice but since this hotel is the last stop, once the bus is full, you will have to wait for another hour or wait for their free taxi (happened to us once, and we waited 40 min for a free taxi as there is only one). There is no Wifi in the room, it is only available in the lobby and business area, we got our own sim cards so that is not a big problem.

Summary: The rooms are clean and nice. There are a lot of activities for the family. My children loved the Pororo Play area. They lack room service, internet connection and the doors are paper thin. We could hear the noise from outside.
