Summary: The property is was as advertised. The location is great for the view and minutes away from the grocery store and a bar across the street. Lots of space and a good entertaining area.

Summary: We loved our stay at Surfer's Paradise for my and my husband's 26th anniversary. We decided to invite a couple of our close friends to enjoy the space, so it was four of us enjoying this fantastic villa! My husband and I enjoyed the Master Suite while the other couple enjoyed the treehouse, though they did wish there was a King-sized bed there. Regardless, the space worked out really well for all of us, and we got to enjoy a lot of time out on the patio seating, in the pool, and in the hot tub. Though the hot tub doesn't get super hot, it's the perfect warm temperature in the evenings when the air is still very warm. Daniel was great at responding and answering my many questions in advance of our stay, as we booked 9-10 months in advance of our trip. Upon arrival, and during our stay, Miriam was a wonderful property manager who addressed each of our questions and was available any time we had a concern. She and her team really added to the wonderful experience here so much that I gave her a big hug upon departure. We really, really enjoyed our stay and would book this property again not only for the great hospitality but also for the good location on the island, making it easy to get pretty much anywhere we needed to go (with rental car, of course!). Hesitating? Just book it!
