Positive: Apt clean and well kept. Utensils and appliances in good condition. Practical Space is well utilized. Functional and comfortable. Didn't use the pool but liked the view from our apt. We were satisfied with our apt.
Negative: Surrounding area noisy. Carpark not secure.
