Positive: A spacious, well furnished and equipped apartment in a superb situation with fantastic views over Seaton beach. A relatively quiet location but we’ll placed for walks along the coastal path or through the Seaton country park. Good choice of friendly pubs/restaurants within easy walking distance.

Negative: Nothing to dislike. Maybe you need to be aware that it is a steep uphill approach.

Summary: Excellent in every way with very friendly and helpful hosts on-site.

Negative: Everything is so far away from the location e.g. for any groceries you need to drive 20-30 minutes to the supermarket. Too expensive to order food for delivery to Mount Brioni. The day we checked in no staff were available to great us. You will be lucky if you find someone at Reception to help with any queries and once you are in the property they dont answer the call and text on the mobile number provided by the host. If you leave the windows open at the apartment you will get lots of bugs i.e mosquitos, flies, spiders etc so had to keep the windows closed therefore we requested a fan for airflow and were told they will get one for us but didnt and then our calls were just ignored.

Positive: Location of property was perfect. Stunning views. Had everything we needed in the apartment. Everything was clean and comfortable would absolutely stay again.

Negative: Bit of a drive to a shop for basic things in no way any fault of the accommodation, if someone was to open a corner shop down there they would make a fortune.
