Positive: Everyone is so kind and courteous. Our house keeping lady, Tasha amazing. She does a truly outstanding job EVERYDAY. Margaret that works the breakfast, shes top notch also taking care of customers like we were family. cant say enough about these two employees. everything is so clean, the house keepers were always so busy cleaning and making everything look so good. I wasnt too pleased with the rooms view, I requested online ocean view and the two rooms we were in honestly you could only see a very very tiny bit of the ocean. We faced the parking lot, that was my whole reason for staying here. I did not complain to the front as I didnt figure it would do me any good, but our stay was great and that was my only fault with our whole vacation. thank you

Negative: The bathrooms a bit hard to maneuver in its so small , but we managed. I would like to have seen a bit more healthy options for breakfast as I am diabetic. all in all it was decent

Positive: Always excellent staff. Breakfast food was awesome! Pool very nice, towels provided. Great access to beach. Very pleasant and respectful staff which made the hotel ! Will continue to go back here. Parking lot had very good lighting. Beds comfortable, pillows comfortable. Room well maintained and clean. Ice machine for filling up coolers available.Cookies, and popcorn in the office!

Positive: I like the Maintenance guys they was always working to make everyone have safe walkways and other things around the hotel to make it look good and all staff was working to make sure you had towels or anything we needed our room was always very clean.
