Summary: We loved the location of this property. It could have used better cleaning and beds that are more comfortable. We did not complain because the location trumped the issues for us. Also I was not told the dryer did not work so the first time maintenance came he was not let in. Communication is key and we spend 3-4 days hanging clothes for 6 people.

Summary: This was perfect for our family of 6. The location is insanely good. We had so much beach time being right there on it, which is usually hard to do with 4 kids. With this location, the beach was never crowded. Just a half mile walk south and it’s completely empty with no houses or people. Not many people ever in the pool so it was plenty big. The house itself is an on the beach cottage and what I’d expect when staying literally on the beach. That’s not a negative…can’t go over the top with the interior like big houses a few rows back. I’d book again…probably bring my own pillow as the ones here are pretty thin. That’s my only advice if looking at this place. Wonderful family vacation.

Summary: 1st going back to the beginning of the booking, Vrbo charged one fee - the property manager another - so I ended up paying more than what was advertised. You are not allowed to check in until after 5pm, when we got there, the remoteless keylock did not work, we had to call the property manager, they were closed, they close at 5, after some time, someone finally called us back - and we got in. Not sure why you would have a check in time when there is no one to handle problems. Think you would either make the check in time earlier, or close later. The entire walk and steps were covered in sand, and I had a hard time getting into the cottage. The property manager said that they would text us a new key code, which they never did, and told us to call back in the morning about the sand (which was Easter Sunday) the cottage was clean with the exception of the counter tops which were dirty and sticky - they also had a huge crack which was repaired with epoxy - the sofa seat cushion was missing a zipper, many of the windows were missing screens, the fans did not work - etc.... all in all, what you can not beat at this cottage is the location - It is right on the beach, and the views are amazing. Although the sand drifts made it very difficult to park or move our car.
