This superbly renovated 2nd floor apartment is equipped and furnished to an extremely high standard in a contemporary style with high ceilings. All appliances are new.
The apartment has two bedrooms, the master is a large room with a king size bed, en suite bathroom which has a large walk in shower newly installed in 2022 with a rainhead shower and wc. The second bedroom is a twin, with a built in wardrobe, and en suite bathroom with a large shower and wc. The apartment has air conditioning throughout and all windows are double glazed.
We have installed an open plan kitchen/dining area with a dining table that can seat 6. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who want to cook, and there is a fridge/freezer, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also an iron and ironing board.
There is a balcony to the front of the apartment which has a table and two chairs, perfect for croissant in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening whilst taking in the view of the sea.
The comfortable living area has a TV, DVD player, Bose IPod dock system, Amazon Fire tv stick and Wi-Fi. This part of Nice has 4G, and we are hoping for fibre optic broadband to be installed into the building shortly.
The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of the Carre D'Or, which has most of the designer shopping in a pedestrian zone, plus a huge number of cafes, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
It is just a few minutes of a walk to the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. The old town and the central railway station are very close and within easy walking distance.
Beach mats are provided but you may wish to bring your own beach towels and inflatables.
This apartment is perfect for a family, and a baby monitor, high chair and travel cot are available, but you would be required to bring bed linen for the cot. An apartment for 4 persons with both bedrooms being en suite is a rare gem, but this makes it absolutely perfect for two couples as well as for a family.

Summary: We had great communication with the owners and their representative Nona in Nice who greeted us and gave us the instructions and tour of the rental. The rental was immaculate and all amenities were great. The location was outstanding being within easy walking distance to the Nice Gare, Carrefour Market and the Med. beaches. The air conditioning was excellent in the days where it really was needed. We would highly recommend this property and would love to return in the future.

Summary: My wife and I traveled with our two youngest children (18 and 20). We enjoyed the apartment and amenities. Plenty of room and beds. Location was central to Old Nice and the train station for our excursions to Antibes, Cannes, Eze and Monaco.

Summary: We enjoyed our week in this lovely apartment which is in walking distance of the sea front and all local transport. Everything you need is close by but the apartment is very well equipped if you want to cook. Communication with the owners and Nona was easy with all questions answered. We would love to stay again.

Summary: This apartment suited our family to a tee - with two teenagers requiring separate beds and their own bathroom. It is well located with the Promenade/beach and supermarket very close by and old town, shopping precinct, fresh food market and train station all within 15-20 minute walking distance. Great communication with property manager who resolved a couple of minor issues very promptly and check in was a breeze.

Summary: The communication prior to and on the day of arrival was great and was via Whatsapp. The apartment is close to the station, the sea front and a short walk to the town. We didn't need to use the tram once and it is a short tram ride to the airport. The apartment itself has been modernised to a high standard and is much better equipped than many holiday properties. Despite being there for new years eve, the area was quiet. We would definitely recommend this property and the owner.

Summary: We were very happy with our stay here! Communication with the host was excellent throughout the process and check in was easy. The apartment is freshly remodeled and very well appointed. It’s an easy walk to local grocery stores (Carrefour and Fran Prix), a pharmacy, restaurants, a very good boulangerie (Les Petits Pains de Mediterranee) and Fromagerie (Nerys), not mention in sight of the beach! We had been in France for weeks staying in hotels, and it was so nice to be in an apartment with a kitchen! Could finally cook using all the fresh ingredients from the markets! Highly recommend!!
