Positive: Great location - 10 min walk from the beach. New building Very good interaction with the owner. Free secure undeground parking (a bit tight for SUV) Many places to buy food close to the building.

Negative: This appartment is in a private building not suited for tourists - private appartments are here so noise needs to be kept very low, minding the locals is important - not a big downside for us but still something to be acknowledged. From the pictures it can be assumed that the pool is part of the appartment but it is not - it is on the top floor of the building and available for all people living there. Another thing: 3 bracelets were provided for access to the pool.

Positive: Clean, airy, comfortable and nicely decorated.

Negative: Access a bit tricky as flats very deep so a long walk to carry bags etc. But secure. Teabags and milk would have been nice, but there were coffee bags.

Summary: Perfectly comfortable flat not too far away from most things in Marseille.

Positive: The host is really friendly and helpfull. We ask for a late checkout and that was ok without extra payment. And the location of the appartment was also great, nearby the sea. The appartement is big, with a nice terrace and nice view.

Negative: Because it is a private building, it is not really easy to know where to go when you arrive / and to get your keys (no reception, entrance...). The appartment was not really clean and some things were broke (e.g. door of childrens room couldnt close and hoot).
