Lumineux grâce à son exposition Sud-Est, entièrement climatisé et rénové en 2024, il offre une cuisine équipée ouverte sur une belle pièce à vivre et une grande terrasse avec vue sur les collines des Calanques. L'espace nuit comprend une chambre avec lit double et dressing. La salle de bain est équipée d'une douche à l'italienne, meuble vasque et lave-linge, avec WC séparé. Stationnement possible dans les rues voisines. Proche des restaurants et commerces, de la Plage du Prado (800 mètres), de la Marina Olympique (10 min), du Parc Borély (300 mètres) et du Stade Vélodrome (15 min en bus ou 10 min en vélo).
