Beautiful, newly remodeled private bedroom with attached 3/4 bathroom in basement. Must be able to go up/down 8 steps with handrail. There is an electric fireplace for your enjoyment in your bedroom. You will sleep on a brand new Sealy Posturepedic queen-size bed with luxurious sheets. Attached laundry room with mini fridge/freezer, microwave, air fryer, Magic Bullet for smoothies, clothes wardrobe and dinnerware, napkins and utensils.
Please do not send me a request to stay in my home without telling me something about yourself and who is coming with you. Especially if you are a new traveler with no reviews. Be communicative and make a host feel more comfortable letting you into their home. PHOTO ON YOUR PROFILE IS MANDATORY! I have had people show up who did not make the reservation. Thanks for helping keep everyone safe.
You will enjoy privacy as if you had your own apartment. Private key code entry so you can come and go as you please.
Dining/office area can be used for computer work. It is a shared space for host to walk through to garage/patio.

My home is a very Zen, serene and soothing environment for a relaxing get-a-way. If you are looking for a place where positive energy flows, and you want to sit /on the patio or deck and enjoy the evening by the fire, this is the place.
I work full time from home so I will be home, along with my dog, Bailey (he is non-shedding and hypo-allergenic). Must love dogs and not be annoyed by any sounds of play or activity in house. I am very respectful of my guests and we are very quiet but you will hear us walking around upstairs. I am always in bed by around 9 p.m. and up around 6 a.m.

YOU WILL BE REFUSED AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ENTER MY HOME AND YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.

Summary: My son and I were attending a concert close by so decided to rent the room available in Robyn’s home. She sent a text a few days before with all the necessary information and said to just text her when we would be arriving. Very easy. Robyn was very friendly and showed us around. Very clean, bed was comfortable.

Summary: Robyn’s place was super clean and comfortable. My 19 year old daughter stayed at Robyn’s place during the Iowa State Fair. As a mom I was nervous about her staying a couple hours from home for 10 days. I was also worried about her going to and from the fair. Robyn watched over her like she would her own daughter or granddaughter, and for that I am extremely thankful. Location is perfect no matter what you would be in town for. Very quiet neighborhood. Easy to find as well. Robyn takes pride in her place and it shows. It was literally spotless.
