Positive: I had to check out early. I paid for free cancelation and still had to pay for my last day that I wasnt there.

Negative: That i paid extra for free cancelation and didn't get a refund. If thats rhe case ill pay $40 more and stay at better facility

Negative: Cash only vending, old, dirty carpeting, old plumbing and bathroom fixtures, breakfast was not good at all. The bed linen had stains and odor. No elevator for those on the 2nd floor.

Positive: I liked the location of the hotel and that it offered a pool. We loved the breakfast and variety of foods offered.

Negative: The property does not have an elevator and I have a mobility disability that makes it difficult to do stairs; especially with luggage. I would typically not take the limited handicapped rooms; however, I would have this time. The elevator information is not listed on the website nor at the front desk so I did not know to request a room downstairs. Also, please consider allowing the pool to stay open longer during summer hours. The pool closed too early (9pm) for us to enjoy it.

Summary: Convenient with a great breakfast, but need to follow ADA laws and have an elevator!

Positive: Biscuits was hood, gravy could have been thicker but was good! Waffle was good! Good variety and nice to be able to have breakfast without leaving the hotel! I stayed here several years ago and bagels and donuts was all you offered.

Negative: Maybe have some sausage snd scrambled eggs!
