Summary: Even tho we booked a king room 2 months out for my wife and I, we were moved to a double queen room due to they were booked up. Then we were billed for the room even tho we paid on Hotel.com. Paid 2 times for the same room. We will head back and figure it out. Room was good, service was good. Lots of options for breakfast. Pool was down for repair.

Summary: The staff was great.There were no fresh fruit even though there was a photo of apples on the wall.I have difficulty standing and walking and there are no elevators and our room was on the second floor.There are no handicapped shower hose in the shower
