Positive: Very comfy bed once you're in it but edges are quite soft which makes getting in challenging. You have to kind of hop to be sure you're far enough toward the center or you'll slide right off the side

Negative: Bad smell in hallway but not in room. Our room had stained carpet. Pet room? I did notice that room across the hall had vinyl plank flooring. Perhaps they are in the process of upgrading. I feel all hotels should go to vinyl as it is much cleaner. Especially for pet friendly rooms!

Positive: The woman that worked the second shift, I think her name was Katie, but I forget she was extremely helpful with changing the date on my booking.com reservation that I had made by mistake. She was the best made the whole day worth my visit. I really hope that’s her first name because she deserves the recognition.

Negative: The carpet was in pretty bad shape felt & looked dirty and I had to drive 5 miles to get to the property from the highway

Summary: I’ve stated some other super rates that were in much better shape, but I guess they all can’t be 10’s
