Positive: Good location with respect to my event

Negative: Room heater was off when we arrived and it took a few hours to warm the room up. Furnishings were cheap and all lights and outlets switched off on one light switch. Bedside lamp came apart in my hand. There just is no money being spent to improve and upgrade the property. Not a good value for my money

Summary: Tolerable stay for one night. One of the last available in town due to event. Surge priced

Positive: Good price, clean, I booked for a week to give it my honest opinion. Booking an extra night was very easy. Water temperatures are very good and breakfast is not bad. Going to upgrade to the king suite for another week or two and I will be updating with my thoughts on the experience.

Negative: the room is very basic. I did have an issue where someone entered my room because, they were given the wrong room key and I was just coming out of the bathroom. So far no accommodation for the incident.My bed wasn't really very comfortable, it was just extremely firm for my liking.
