Positive: The staff was quick at responding to my needs.

Negative: The TV service did not work for three days. When I reported , they stated that they were looking into it, but I left the facility when It was still not working.

Negative: I did a search for Jacuzzi rooms and the pictures on your website showed a jacuzzi in the room that I reserved. When I got there and found out that there was no jacuzzi in the room I couldn't cancel the reservation. That's messed up that you guys advertise something that's not in the room not happy with booking.com at all. Unless you do something like give me a partial refund I will not be using your site ever again and I will tell people to stay away from your site because you do bad business thank you

Positive: Beds were comfy, breakfast was good and had variety to choose from, Michelle the front desk was extremely helpful and so friendly. Location was minute drive from town square. Might say the Michelle at the front desk needs a raise or something. Everytime I seen her she was running around doing something, replenishing pool towels, asking guest how are they ... She was on it. A plus. I've worked in hospitality and she was a great one. I usually run into front desk staying behind desk and nothing more. That girl is a worker.

Negative: Pool needs some maintenance ( surface is extremely rough and stained) my whole family got cuts and marks from the pool. Very cold for being indoor pool. The front desk Jason was as clueless as they come. Kind but knows nothing. Push everything off until later. Realized very quick was pushing it off to next shift.

Positive: Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was nice.

Negative: Booked two rooms, traveling with friends. We're on the same floor, but not next to each other. But we managed.
