Summary: It wasn’t very clean, there is roaches, there is no hooks, or clothes rack to hang any clothes, people were talking very loud, after 2:00 am , and the doors were very loud, as they closed., the train was noisy, I hardly got any sleep, I was afraid of the roaches.

Summary: At check in, they sent us to a room that had not been cleaned, there was no place in the bathroom for toiletries, the morning snack ran out early. Two bags of trash were left at the elevator door for a day without being collected, in short, the hotel is not organized and does not respect the customer. The price to be paid is much higher than what the hotel can offer for a stay.

Summary: Quick 1 night stay, the bed was not comfortable at all. The was hair on the table wrapped around the phone cord, I could not avoid rolling to the middle of the bed, the universal remote did not work, the bathroom was beautiful, and the staff was nice
