Positive: Super clean and comfortable. Bed was great!

Negative: The location was a little difficult for traveling to the locations we needed. J train trips were easy, but none of the places we were scheduled to go to were off the J train.

Positive: Very good value, spacious ,clean, well equipped and very close to the subway for easy transport to Manhattan and airport. Excellent communication with host!

Negative: Local area felt a bit intimidating at first however the locals were either friendly or kept themselves to themselves. The area can be a bit lively at night.

Positive: Great location for exploring Brooklyn and surrounding neighborhoods. Metro around the corner, 45 mins into lower Manhattan very handy too. Communication from the host was spot on, very secure building and would definitely book again if visiting NYC

Positive: Close to the subway, convenience stores nearby, easy to find parking in the street, felt safe in the neighborhood, spacious house for 4 people, nice balcony, well equipped kitchen, the owners answer quickly.

Negative: Very noisy Heating pipes and train, so if your are sensible to noise think 2x. Not a 3 bedroom apartment, it's a 2 bedroom + sofabed in the living room.

Positive: Very nice apartment close to JFK airport and metro stations. We felt very well received and the apartment is very comfortable, with phone chargers and some extras that make the stay nice.

Negative: Parking is kind of difficult in case you travel with a car, but it is possible to find some free parking spots around the block.

Positive: Breakfast was not included but property has an equipped kitchen available. Hence, we prepared our own breakfast during our stay. In terms of location, the area was good, parking was the only issue.
