This is a 2 bed 2 bath condo with outdoor pool, tennis courts, beautiful sound front views, full kitchen, washer/dryer, centrally located to many restaurants and shops, Publix Grocery is less than 1 mile away, and is less than 1 mile to the beach. This condo is on the top floor so no noise from above. There are nice bike trails by the condo that take you down the sound shore or to the Wright Brothers Monument. Boat/trailer parking is available along with a boat ramp less than a mile away.
