Summary: I had friends staying nearby in Duck and this studio had the basics for staying overnight. The host was attentive to the outdoor motion sensors not working at night. The only thing I would suggest would be a path or pavers around the side of the house - I arrived after a storm and the ground was mushy and uneven walking back to the unit. I enjoyed the views each morning as I drank my coffee. Great value for the price!
