Positive: Great spacious villa. The owner is kind, helpful, and hospitable, and always ready to help. He picked us up from the airport and took us to Sigiriya at an affordable price. The breakfast was excellent, especially the non-alcoholic cocktails in the morning. The family was wonderful! Sandy, the friendly dog, was a great addition. The pool was excellent. The children loved swimming in it. It was always clean and warm. The garden was beautiful, and the beds were comfortable with mosquito nets. We had a lot of fun during our week there. We will definitely recommend it!

Positive: We had an amazing stay at Sunset Reef Villa and we truly enjoyed every moment. The villa has three spacious bedrooms, and each bedroom has its own private bathroom, which was extremely comfortable for our group. The private swimming pool was a real highlight — it was cleaned every day and always perfectly clean. The hosts were absolutely wonderful — very kind, caring, and always ready to help. They assisted us with everything: gave great recommendations on where to go, what to see, and helped solve any questions we had during our stay. Breakfasts were excellent and varied — a great mix of local Sri Lankan dishes and European-style options. Everything was fresh, tasty, and prepared with care. We felt very welcome and truly relaxed here. We highly recommend this villa and would happily stay here again!
