While few guests visiting Hawaii are able to stay 30 days, the law is that the owner may only rent the house once within a 30 day window, regardless of how long or short the stay of the visiting guest is. Our Rental Agreement and scheduling adapts to comply with this requirement.

- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced). We are very respectful of our neighbors. This home is your retreat for rest and relaxation
- No Smoking
- We may have landscapers, pest service and other property maintenance done. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves in gate to service as needed
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc).
