Positive: Loved the location. Loved having washing machine available and the chooks that visited from next door

Negative: Shower didnt drain well and couches werent the comfiest.

Positive: Location was great, it was very close to the beaches. There was plenty of space for our group of 4. Water pressure was strong and there were plenty of items for water activities.

Negative: There are cockroaches. Found one in the fridge and found a few bugs frozen in the ice cube tray when we arrived. there were some cockroaches crawling around. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets. Property was also missing basic items like body wash, laundry detergent, etc. Also the curtains do not cover the windows. The property would be excellent if these little things were fixed.

Summary: Location was great, a few fixes would make the stay so much more pleasant

Positive: The location was fantastic, right by everything on the north shore. The size of the place and beds were perfect for my five person family. We had everything we needed to cook during our stay and the grocery store is so close. Great beaches to walk to or a very short drive.

Negative: The switches were a bit crazy to figure out but manageable. Parking was tricky when someone came in the other location and parked in the center of the parking area so our van didn't fit. The biggest frustration for us was that the location said it was air conditioned, but it only had one window air conditioner in the main living room that never chilled the bedrooms very well and chilled sleeping is huge for us.

Summary: Overall a good place, could be great if the air conditioning was upgraded.

Positive: Perfect location with beach access in all directions plus a short walk to the grocery store. Clean, pretty well equipped, and a problem with a breaker was fixed promptly.

Negative: Nearby food trucks are a little touristy/not great value, just a note for other folks. Going into Haleiwa instead is much better.
