Positive: We loved this hotel, nice and new. Everything was clean and the rooms were good size, nice new bathroom and beds were comfortable and we had a good night sleep there. Breakfast was really tasty, and had a good selection. Looked like a fabulous brunch with a wide selection. Location was prime, just in the center of everything, close to the night market.Pool area was lovely, overlooking mountains and fields. Sunrise and sunset time there were hot air balloons flying over the hotel, and we looked at them on the hotel's roof. It was magical. And staff, super helpful, thank you for taking such good care of us.

Positive: This was our first time at resort, and based on this experience, we definitely intend to come back in the future. The service was great, with very accommodating and friendly staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We loved the sky bar, especially at sunset it was amazing to watch paramotors and hot air balloons flying by. Breakfast was delicious and a great start to each day. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we will come back again!

Positive: The view over the mountains is stunning. Just on the north edge of town, every room looks out over a pool, fields and the mountains, and you can watch the hot air balloons coming in every night between 5 and 6. The staff were very kind, friendly and always smiley. The reception staff spoke good English, and were super helpful. They went out of their way to help us arrange things, including the hard-to-get railway tickets.

Negative: Breakfast was a bit basic; at this price, it shouldn't be ration coupons for espresso coffee. Pillows were a bit too soft.
