Positive: Our host waited up for us for a late check-in which we greatly appreciated. She was very nice. There were good bars and restaurants close by. It was nice to have some cooking facilities and full-size fridge in the room. Walking distance to the beach and transport wasn't a big hassle.

Negative: First thing we saw on entering the room was a large cockroach and our room was quite run down. Water pressure was very weak. Bathroom door had two large patches on it and we had almost a full day with no water as the room next door had a leak. We booked out a day early due to changed travel arrangements and asked for a refund for one day due to travel and the day with no water but we were advised that this was not possible and we would need to approach Booking.com to request a refund.

Positive: The building itself is nice not the room though. Location is nearby beach but it's raining for days so didn't enjoyed the beach. Because of the rain the door to my room swelled and not able to open it so their staff need to force open it that's why I had broken door for a few days and it was not fixed right away they waited for me to check out before they're able to fix it. I did not felt safe because of the door for the last 3 days before my check out. Not really true with the high ratings with them and not worth it with what I paid for it. It's a little bit expensive for that kind of facility that I encountered.

Negative: When I arrived in their Apartelle it's different I didn't go to their reception I just meet them outside their reception house and it was wet outside because it just rained before I arrived. They took me to a different building and that's where my room is. I'm disappointed with the room because it has old decor, appliances that barely doing what it needs to do and kitchen utensils that you're really not able to use it because it's old and broken. Sofa as well is very old and I'm itchy whenever I sit on it I still need to put a blanket just to sit on it.

Summary: Did not really enjoy my stay. Their ratings are overrated.

Positive: It had a very nice balcony with a Mountain View. The owner was very helpful. The room was very clean. It was only a short walk to the beach.

Negative: Limited cutlery, pots….
