Positive: This place is very good for family or group. It is a gated units and has caretakers in the property. It's got 2 bedrooms and each has an AC. Basic kitchen needs and fans in the lounge room. The TV only got access to Disney +. The bathroom is good size and has warm shower option. Easy access to the beach, just straight across the street. The bed was a little hard for me though. The host provided swift responses to inquiries. Please note: The lounge room can get really hot and humid even with the two fans on. We had to leave one of the rooms door open with the AC on to let the cold air get through to the lounge room. Overall, I'm happy with the experience.

Negative: I think at about 15% cheaper the price point would have been just right.
