*The TV in the living room is on the smaller side, but you will find a large TV in each of the bedrooms.
*South Florida is a tropical environment, and it’s normal to occasionally see insects or small wildlife (such as lizards), even with regular pest control. If you notice anything during your stay, please let me know right away so I can address it promptly.
*A pool technician services the pool and jacuzzi once per week on a weekday between 8am–5pm. They will access the backyard briefly during that time.
