Lot size and privacy sets the property apart from competitors. No worries about intrusive neighbors as you relax by the pool with all-day sun from a South-facing pool. Patio/pool have resort feel. You may also relax in the lovely lanai. Flat screen TV in the living room. WiFi provided. Fully stocked, modern kitchen. Washer/dryer provided, as well as gas grill. Impact-resistant sliding glass doors lead guests to the patio.
Patio area for pool contains four adjustable outdoor chaise lounge chairs. Additionally, an outdoor table with umbrella and five chairs, including three swivel chairs. Beach towels are provided. Further, there are two zero gravity chairs in the garage for use at the beach.
Detergent, bleach and fabric softener provided for the washer/dryer. Dish soap and dishwasher pods also provided.

Summary: This was truly a wonderful experience. The house is gorgeous, inviting, and comfortable with an awesome backyard. My family really enjoyed 8 days staying at this property with only 10-15 minutes drive to the beach and downtown Fort Lauderdale. Fun fact about backyard- iguanas and squirrels came to greet us on the first day when we arrived- so much fun watching them while swimming in the pool.. cannot recommend this property enough!!! We will definitely be coming back .

Summary: We had a wonderful stay here, the neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet. The backyard to the property with the pool was amazing! I loved sitting in the pool just watching the birds and squirrels. Everything was clean and comfortable, and working. Beds were superb, comfy chairs and couch, nice kitchen, I don’t have any negatives about our stay apart from we had to leave! We would love to stay here again, thank you to the excellent property manager who checked on us by text and thank you to the owners for a first class property!

Summary: We were very pleased with this lovely home. It was very clean and furnished for comfort and relaxation. The pool was exceptional and being blessed with great weather, we enjoyed it daily. My only suggestion would be to update the bathrooms. While they were clean and functional, the showers are very small. However we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend.

Summary: The decor was wonderful, including the vintage tiles in the bathrooms. The yard was well-maintained and very user friendly. The kitchen was well-appointed and the knives were even sharp! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Summary: My family had the pleasure of staying at this lovely home. The host, Owen, was very welcoming and responded quickly to any questions I had. The home is situated on a beautifully landscaped property. The lush backyard is gorgeous and surrounds a good sized, salt water pool. The inside of the home is well maintained. The kitchen is well appointed and fully stocked with all the amenities you need to cook: pots, pans, blender, coffee machine, etc. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and the beds are extremely comfortable; very good mattresses! Owen, the owner, provides guests with the little extras that make a stay more comfortable: beach towels and chairs, dish soap, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, etc. My family truly enjoyed our stay here. This home is a little gem in Wilton Manors!

Summary: From the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen well. The home is situated in what I believe to be the best neighborhood in Wilton Manors, surrounded by other luxury homes...a very private, quiet, and well-located neighborhood close to everything on the Drive. The first impressions you get are that the homeowner takes a lot of care in his home. The gardens are spectacular, lots of blooming flowers and shrubs, and tall palms and shade trees. The yard is immense, and completely fenced/walled for privacy. The pool area is gorgeous, with a waterfall fountain that creates such an appealing sound. At night the landscape is well lighted, providing for a magical environment and serene experience. Now to the home. Although there are only two bedrooms, they're each immense, with huge king beds, en suite bathrooms, and flat screen TVs. Also with the split bedroom plan, you and your guests will enjoy solitude and privacy. The huge great room spans from front to back of the home, and the open floorplan which extends into the renovated kitchen and connects to the half bath and laundry in the garage. There's a screened porch for cool days or evenings to stay out of the sun or enjoy the evening breezes. There's nothing about this property that will disappoint. You'll be very happy staying here. And with the property manager, Tom, right across the street, if there are any 'bumps in the night', rest assured Tom will be 'on it'! And did I mention that you're within walking distance of everything? Enjoy staying at Owen's paradise!

Summary: Our two-week stay and the Wilton Guest House began with a pleasant arrival and gradual getting acquainted with the surroundings which were new to us: our first stay at this location in the Wilton Manors area. We found the house beautiful and clean and comfortable. despite some minor issues that were immediately taken care of by the very accommodating owner, Owen Bennett, and his property manager, Tom Dwyer, who was most helpful and luckily very available, since he lives in the area. We enjoyed the privacy of the pool which was very inviting. We will definitely consider renting this property when coming back to Ft. Lauderdale. Malek & Alexei
