This home boasts 2 king bedrooms, 2 queen bedrooms as well as 2 bunk rooms all with ensuite bathrooms. In addition to a large open kitchen, Sunny Side provides 2 dishwashers, 2.5 fridges, and three ice makers to provide tremendous ease of use and comfort for everyone.The media room includes a pool table along with a sleeper sofa as well as oceanfront views that will take your breath away! And, as an added bonus, there are two screen rooms with oceanfront views - 1 with a table and chairs and the 2nd with a hot tub. What better way to spend your vacation than by having the beach right in your backyard, watching the sunrise each morning?Enjoy the natural scenic beauty of the island while you tootle around in the 6-seat golf cart included with the rental. It’s an excellent way to explore the island amenities. Charging an electric car couldn’t be easier with the 50 Amp outlet in the garage.Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
