Summary: This place had absolutely gorgeous views! You are literally just steps away from the water, which was awesome! The beach is very private and quiet which we loved. There was lots of natural wildlife. We had a wonderful time!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed the location of this house and the gorgeous views. We could hear the ocean while falling asleep from the primary bedroom and at times felt like we were on a cruise ship. We spent a lot of time out on the huge decks. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed which made cooking easy. The layout was perfect for us with plenty of bed options and bathrooms for everyone. Debra was wonderful about communication both before and during our stay and even gave us a much later checkout on the day we were departing. We had a lovely time!

Summary: Debbie is a 5 star host! The stay was made easy and location was steps from the beach! As a plus we were able to watch Turtles coming ashore to lay eggs! I cant say enough about Debbie and the property! We will definitely book this again!

Summary: We enjoyed a lovely stay at Mrs. Hoffmann home. Even though she had some family emergency she still was easily assessable when any problems occurred. The house was right there on the water and plenty big enough for my whole family of 14. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Summary: The property has the best location ever, the views of the sunrise from the bed rooms are incredible. It felt like we were on a cruise ship, so close were we to the waves. Perfect to relax and play on the beach with the kids. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We'd definitely come back.

Summary: Very easy and smooth communication and check in. Very nice and helpful hosts. Give good tips on the area. The beach was so quiet and peaceful. It was nice to wake up and see the sunrise early in the morning, right from our bed.

Summary: This ocean front home was great for our stay. My son graduated from parris island we have a large family it fit 14 of us just fine. We enjoyed sitting on the decks and watching the ocean seeing the dolphins and walking the beach!! It was great!

Summary: The house was in a great location! We mainly went to relax and do a little surf fishing right behind the house. The house is perfect- it was very clean and comfortable. The fishing behind the house was really active for early September. The owners were very nice and made us feel like we were welcome to be in the house. I would definitely recommend to add the golf cart to your stay- it's nice to ride around the neighborhood and to the small store on the island. will be returning for another stay hopefully.

Summary: This place is falling apart and is disgusting. The owners should not be renting this out in its current condition, especially because they do not keep up with minor and major maintenance in the house. The pictures are deceptive. When we rented this for a week, I expected the furniture and furnishings to be older, and I didn’t mind that. We entered a house of horrors, including spiders and spider webs all over the inside and outside of the house, green slime nestled under the glass shelves in the fridge, crusty dust covered baseboards and in most corners, spider egg sacs on the ceiling of the porches, all kinds of bugs at the front entryway and beetles, wasps, pinch bugs, you name it, in and out of the house. The housekeeping did surface cleaning, which was fine - no issues there — but it’s clear deep cleaning hasn’t happened for a long time, including hair wrapped around the drain spout and very dusty shelves and other areas. Then the ac went out when we were there. Debbie was very attentive and called an ac company that night. The next day they fixed the issue we thought, but by the following day the ac stopped working again and the second technician came out to tell us that the ducts were completely disintegrated. The ac went up to 90 degrees upstairs, so we all had to cram downstairs. When the technician took out the air filters from the dust covered returns, the filter was so old and covered in dust, you couldn’t see the lines in it anymore. We want a refund.
