Welcome to our renovated mid-century gem in Arcata!
Our house is sunny, modern and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Just minutes from Cal Poly Humboldt, gorgeousforest trails, downtown Arcataandstunning beaches, you'll be close to everything the region has to offer. Enjoy lounging in the big back yard roasting s'mores in the fire pit ormaking a meal for the familyin the fully stockedkitchen.
With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there's plenty of room for family and friends.
Guests have access to the entire property: the house, the garage, laundryand the big sunny backyard.
With easy access to the ArcataCommunity Forest trails and Murphy's market, it's a great hub for exploring the area. You're just a short walk from a great burrito (El Chipotle), a cup of coffee and snack(Coffee Break). Downtown Arcata is about two miles away has many shops, restaurants, activities and weekend Farmers Market.
***Details to note when booking... If you are traveling with a pet you must select that under the number of guest. There is a one time $75 pet fee.
VRBO does not cover us under their insurance policy due to the third party platform we use. For this reason, at time of booking, you will see there is a "$500 damage deposit to be paid at property." Summary: This was a wonderful house with all of the essentials. We like that there was a nice big fenced in back yard for our dog. There was ample room for our family to gather and to have some alone time in different parts of the house. It was centrally located in Arcata and was a great jumping off point for both Ferndale and Trinidad. Easy and quick access to the freeway as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and loved the mid-century vibe of the place!

Summary: Perfect enclosed safe yard for dogs. Nice space house. Great location . Very clean. Would have been nice to have bbq grill and non Keurig coffee maker. Looking forward to coming back next year!!!

Summary: Loved our stay in this beautiful house. The view out the living room windows made us feel like we were in the woods. The kitchen is awesome….love the crafted wood table and benches as well as the cool wooden countertop and bar stools. Would definitely stay here again if we make it back to the area!
