Summary: Everything that was promised was delivered. The apartment was perfectly situated for a walking vacation. Everything I needed was available at downtown markets, stores, and cafes. The Arcata Marsh, my favorite spot, was only about 4 blocks away. I stayed a whole month. The price was affordable and the weather cooperated most of the time. My friends had no trouble finding me if they came to pick me up.

Summary: We were thoroughly pleased with everything the apartment had to offer. Comfy and cozy furniture, great linens and the gas fireplace is a nice touch. Also a very convenient location close to the main downtown shopping/dining area.Also a shout out to Larry, the host, for being exceptionally helpful! Always available to answer any questions in short order. We will definitely consider this apartment the next time we come to Arcata!

Summary: My husband and I stayed here to visit family. The place was clean, welcoming, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. So comfy, that we decided we needed to buy a new bed for home. The host was kind and very helpful. The apartment is within walking distance of shopping, dinning, and community events. Instructions for check-in were clear and easy, and the host took care of everything during check out (empty trash, cleaning bedding/towels, etc.) I recommend this stay and hope it’s available for our next trip up to Arcata.
