Positive: This is our third stay here. We love the location: a block up from the March, walking distance to restaurants and downtown. I would state that the streets around are transitional and I would not walk our dog solo at night. Appreciated the laundry pods. Very clean. Great beds.

Negative: The night time heater was loud; woke us up. I really wish there was ice trays. Stayed before and requested same thing. Kitchen is a bit sparce. Wished there was a bit of a fence or backyard space to enjoy outdoors in the evening.

Summary: Great space. Very clean and a short drive to CPH

Positive: The unique touches were great. Artsy and local flare was comforting. Great location, close to college. We were there visiting our daughter at college. Just what we needed. The old school car 10 CD changer install through the house was nostalgic and brought back old memories. Would have been cooler if it worked. Loved the blinds. Weekend it was quiet, but Monday morning a little busier. Location was great and set up was great.

Negative: Early check out of 10. Didn't realize it till checking out, we are use to 11 or 12 check out. It would be even better if it had a grill or hottub. Especially would be nice to have a fenced yard.

Positive: Space was nicely decorated, easy checkin & out. Wifi was fast, thank you. Cute cabin-like stay, we loved the living room space.

Negative: Location was sketchy, rundown, really not nice. Would not recommend. Felt unsafe in many ways (we are used to homelessness in Seattle but this felt entirely sketchy and dangerous location - lookup the area online and it's noted as one of the most dangerous region in CA, wish we knew). Shower only had cold water -- we had to turn on the hot water heater which is unusual for an Airbnb and still it did not work. Yard and exterior was very rundown. Clearly an older home they partially renovated with interior decor. If you have to stay in this area I recommend staying outside of downtown.

Summary: Overpriced for the location and stay. Sketchy location, felt unsafe.

Positive: We really loved this property. We loved the little construction touches. Beds were so comfortable. Place was very clean and one of a kind. Location close to downtown as well as campus.

Negative: Backyard was not fully fenced. Street is noisy from front bedroom. Wished they had ice trays.

Summary: Perfect spot for parents making CPH visit and being the dog.
