Positive: The condo was clean and comfortable. The view was lovely. You could see the ocean and the river. Publix is right across the street. The beds were soft and comfortable. The bathroom was nice and big, which was great for getting my daughter ready for her dance competition. The management company was quick to respond to questions.

Negative: I did not like that none of the facilities, including the beach were accessible. You had to go around the building and down the side to get to the beach. I also found the parking inconvenient as it was in a parking lot adjacent to the building, and you had to walk around a fence to return to the resort. The condo was nice, but there were only 3 bath towels for six quests. There was no drying rack for the dishes after you cleaned them. The pots and pans were very sparse. The A/C unit in the front living room did not blow cold air. There were also no extra pillows for the pullout sofa.
