Positive: Me and my family were very pleased with our visit. Everything was perfect. The sunrise at the front porch is awesome, I mean right in front of the door❤️, very cozy also, the pools were closed but the beach was right there in very close proximity.

Positive: Small apartment with balcony with ocean view, clean, very good mattresses, extra blanket, towels and beach towels, kitchenette, everything for cooking, , elevators., very quite in whole building, like nobody live there. Shopping mall with Publix store across the road. Easy to communicate with owner.

Negative: gym, pools are closed, not easy to get on the beach - you should use front building doors and go around the building, no parking on side - parking available on the other side of the road (we are stay during every day rain). No normal window in the bedroom.

Summary: Nice view, clean, easy communicate with owner, good location.

Negative: The DRC is the absolute worst place to stay. Non working elevators, non working laundry centers, no available pool facility at all, you have to walk the length of the resort to the beach ramp to get to the beach. We actually got caught in the rain and got soaked because it was so far from the beach. Also the parking for the apt is beyond the hotel behind a fence which is so inconvenient. I would never recommend this facility to anyone. The only positive thing about the DRC is that they had a power supply and the lights were on!!! Quite honestly, the biggest disappointment of any time we have been to a Daytona hotel and we go twice a year and have been never been so dissapointed. It was even worse that we had our 2 year old and 7 year old grandsons and they couldn't even get in a pool

Positive: The apartment has a kitchen equipped to accommodate 6 people.

Negative: The hotel has the pools out of service while waiting for repairs. One night someone tried to enter my unit.

Positive: Clean and rates. Front desk personnel was exceptional!!

Negative: Still lots of damage from prior hurricanes. Whole back of hotel areas were still damaged and torn up. No pool or available area out back of hotel. Lots of damage and roped off unusable areas. Latest hurricane they did well on cleaning up. Had no tv, WiFi, etc. but understandable due to Hurricane.

Summary: Overall it was a great stay. Clean, comfortable and friendly.
