Positive: Good location with lovely views. Beautifully decorated. Well equipped with all the essentials you need for your stay. .

Negative: Only one parking space, in the street in front of the house - and it was tight. But there was some space further down the road.

Positive: The cottage is beautiful. It is clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Good standard of beds, showers and furnishings. The location is very good, just a short walk to the village shop, train station and village pub.

Negative: Parking is not easy. We have a large family car and could not park outside the property or get past other cars on the single lane. Therefore, we had to park a short walk away from the property. The back garden is access only and pets are not allowed in the garden. This meant that we couldn’t just let our dog out to is she needed a wee, we needed to put her lead on and go for a short walk.

Positive: House is absolutely stunning, very clean and everything you could need for a holiday. Good size rooms, beautiful decor,lovely neighbours very friendly. Village is beautiful will certainly be back and would book this house again.

Positive: The property is lovely and comfortable with everything you need. The standard of the furnishings is good and the cleanliness excellent. A lovely place to relax in. Holker Hall is within walking distance and well worth a visit; the Courtyard Cafe serves really good food. I would definitely stay at Sunny Bank again.

Negative: Parking was difficult. The space outside the property for parking is unmarked and was very tight. I dropped luggage off at the property then parked on Station Road outside a row of houses (just round the corner from Go Local) - less than a 2 minute walk from the property and a lot less stressful!
