The Cottage sleeps 5 Guests over 3 bedrooms on the first floor with the, Family Bathroom also on this floor.
Downstairs is the Lounge, Dining Room with Gas Fire and Reading Nook. There is also Under-stair Cupboard for coats and Boots.
In the Kitchen you should find everything your need including Electric Oven, Gas Hob, Dishwasher, Larder Fridge. Adjoining this is the large Utility with WC, Freezer and Washing Machine. We have Travel Cot, High Chair and Stair Gates available for our younger guests. From the Kitchen is the access to the Rear Garden up some small steps. There is a also a covered store for Bikes. The garden is of a size to enjoy the outside dining furniture, play games and enjoy the neighbouring cows.
The property is located opposite a working farm and in a country setting. Adjacent to the Deer Park this property offers a great resting place away from the hustle and bustle of the busier Lakes areas whilst still within easy access of local amenities.
There is Allocated Parking for 2 Vehicles in Off Road Private Car Park located approx 100 yards from Cottage
Short drive to the village of Cartmel home to Michelin Restaurants and our own Racecourse with Lake Windermere being a 15 minute drive.
