Summary: Clean but very dated. Comfortable bed, but no place for your dog to use bathroom, and area didn’t seem the safest.

Summary: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room had a sliding door so we didn’t have to walk through the whole building to bring in bags and take out the dog. No grassy spaces and the lot had goats head stickers which got stuck in puppy’s paws. But we took her to a lot across the street and it was better. Overall a really good experience and we will stay there again.

Summary: The room was clean. There was no additional lock besides the deadbolt on the door which felt a bit unsafe. The heater didn’t work and my room was freezing. The tv didn’t work (probably weather related). The tub didn’t drain. I was tired and just wanted to sleep so I made do and didn’t go to the front desk for a different room or space heater. The staff was friendly and super apologetic in the morning when I let them know of the issues so they could fix it for the next guest. Probably would stay again if I was in a bind, but would look elsewhere first.
