Positive: Great location right downtown and close to yummy restaurants and bakeries. Cute, stylish, nice updates. Feels refreshing.

Negative: Downtown is bright at night and the curtains let a lot of light in since you’re right across from the LB and street lamps. The bedding was comfortable but the bed itself was way too soft for me. No ironing board - hard for work travel.
