Positive: Easy to locate, decent price.

Negative: No one said there was a $400 deposit required. Nothing online stated it and when I called and asked of we could pay cash we were told yes at the end of our stay. So we paid $400 deposit PLUS $349 for the room. I wasnt prepared for that so it made other aspects of our travel hard and financially binding.

Summary: Ok beds, shower backed up, spend the extra to go elsewhere.

Positive: The front desk attendant was very friendly. This was a fine place to stay for one night while in the area for soccer, but I would not pick it again. We honestly only stayed here because the better chain hotels were booked for the weekend.

Negative: While the lady at the front desk was friendly, she struggled with getting us checked into our room and I had to come back down to the front desk to help her figure out the error. The room had a funky smell to it, we had to open the door to the balcony to air it out. The carpets were stained and everything could use a good deep clean. The TV would not turn on and we had to mess with it for a bit to figure out how to work it.

Summary: If a chain hotel is available, pick it over this place.

Negative: The front lobby was locked when I tried to check out at 4:15 am. They could have made it easier to find the side exit.
