Summary: Villa Sundance is a fantastic villa with views to die for and acres of space for large groups to relax in. The beds and furnishings were of a high standard and all the appliances and heating worked perfectly. Dawn was lovely and was on hand to help sort anything out. Definitely a luxury villa and can’t wait to return one day! You will need transport here since it is not easily walkable into town but as it is above a main road car accessibility is very good. Also, the bus to Palma and other towns stops right at the end of the drive!

Summary: we stayed as 2 couples. However, we barely entered many rooms. If you stayed with 8 of you, which the property can easily accommodate, it is incredibly affordable. The outdoor speakers, terrace table, bbq, swimming pool is all you need as you look out over mountains. Air conditioning is very good also. Really easy to reach the port and the old town. Dawn is very easy to contact and shows you around the property

Summary: Spent my 60th here with my adult family. Lots of space inside / out and beautiful views. Felt very comfortable here and the property had everything we needed. Highlight was family bbq lunches on the terrace. Dawn was a super host and nothing was too much trouble

Summary: Sundance is blessed with spectacular 180^ views and is large enough to accommodate mixed age group families easily with its spacious rooms and separate seating areas on different levels. Bedrooms all air conditioned and large fans in the main areas of the villa kept us cool. Outside the large terrace was comfortable and the huge outdoor table with sun umbrellas meant there was plenty of shade for everyone if needed and more umbrellas down by the pool with the sun loungers. Lots of terraces and seating areas all around the villa allowed privacy if wanted. Dawn was absolutely fantastic - huge thanks to her for going way beyond what we could have dreamt of to help us settle in and for being so helpful with ideas and recommendations during our stay. Great location being only a short drive from the port and old town Pollenca.

Summary: This is a wonderful villa run by a wonderful and efficient host. We were a group of 10 ranging from 8 to 61 years. There is more than enough space at the property and outside for people to have quiet time and yet lots of places to all eat and relax together. The villa has incredible views and wonderful light and airy bedrooms with a fab pool and lots of outdoor space. It is a perfect place to relax away from the hustle and bustle but only 5/10 mins by car to the Old Town and the Port so an ideal location. Thank you Dawn and we look forward to future visits!
